NorthPaws Pet Transportation (“NorthPaws”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website northpaws.pet. We provide premium door-to-door ground pet transportation services across Canada. We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us through our quote request form or booking form. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, home address, emergency contact details, and information about your pet (breed, age, weight, medical conditions, veterinary clinic). We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We use the information you provide solely to: provide and coordinate pet transportation services; communicate with you about your booking; send real-time travel updates during transport; contact your emergency contact or veterinarian in case of a medical emergency; and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Payment Information

5. Electronic Signatures
When you sign the Pet Transport Service Agreement electronically, we retain a copy of your signature, the date and time of signing, and your typed name confirmation. This constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under applicable Canadian law.
