Request Your Estimated Quote

Enter your pickup and delivery addresses on our quote page. Our system calculates the driving distance using Google Maps and generates an instant estimated quote. The entire process takes under 60 seconds. No phone call required.

What you receive: An automated estimated quote email with your Quote Number, route details, estimated distance, and estimated cost.

WITHIN 4 HOURS

Our Team Reviews and Confirms

Within 24 hours of your quote request, the NorthPaws Team reviews your route, confirms availability, and contacts you to discuss any specific needs your pet may have.

What you receive: A confirmed quote with final pricing, available dates, and a booking link.

BOOKING

Complete Your Journey Reservation Online

Click the booking link in your confirmed quote email. You add your pet’s complete profile, emergency contact, and veterinary information. You read and sign the Pet Transport Agreement electronically.

What you receive: A signed agreement PDF emailed to you. A 30% deposit secures your scheduled pickup date.

BEFORE DEPARTURE

Pre-Transport Preparation

48 hours before pickup, we send you a preparation checklist what to pack, how to prepare your pet’s carrier, feeding instructions for the day of transport, and what to expect at pickup.

What you receive: A preparation guide, confirmed pickup time, and your Pet Travel Specialist’s contact information.

PICKUP DAY

Welcome Pickup at Your Door

Your Pet Travel Specialist arrives at your door at the confirmed time. They introduce themselves, review your pet’s care instructions, and carefully secure your pet’s carrier into the mounting system in the van.

What you receive: Departure confirmation email with photo. Your pet’s journey has officially begun.

EN ROUTE

Updates Throughout the Journey

Your Pet Travel Specialist sends you photo and video updates at every major milestone. You are never left wondering how your pet is doing.

What you receive: Photo updates every 3–4 hours. A direct line to your Pet Travel Specialist for any questions.

ARRIVAL

Safe Arrival at Your Door

Your Pet Travel Specialist delivers your pet directly to the destination address. They hand over your pet personally, along with any comfort items, medications, and a brief verbal update on how the journey went.

What you receive: Safe arrival confirmation email with a final photo of your pet at their destination.

POST-DELIVERY

Follow-Up and Review

Within 24 hours of delivery, we send you a follow-up email to confirm your pet has settled in well. We also invite you to share your experience, your feedback helps other pet parents make informed decisions.

What you receive: A follow-up email and a Google review invitation.
